1. What proppicks is
proppicks is a free odds-comparison service that shows player-prop lines across multiple sportsbooks side by side. It is an information tool only. proppicks is not a sportsbook, does not accept bets, does not hold money, and does not place bets on your behalf. No real-money wagering happens on this site.
2. No wagering, no financial advice
Nothing on proppicks constitutes financial, investment, or betting advice. Odds, projections, and analysis are informational and change quickly. Prices shown may differ from the live market at the sportsbook. Always verify the final market with the sportsbook before placing any bet.
3. Eligibility and age
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use proppicks for betting purposes. If you are not legally permitted to gamble where you live, do not use this site to place bets. Sports betting is subject to local law; it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.
4. Acceptable use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, proppicks and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. You use proppicks at your own risk.
7. Third-party links
proppicks may link to sportsbooks and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Following a link to place a bet means you are dealing directly with that sportsbook under its own terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
